From break-even to 4.8× ROAS while tripling spend
The challenge. A growing skincare brand was stuck at roughly 2.1× blended ROAS and couldn't scale without losing money. Tracking was unreliable and Performance Max was eating budget with no visibility.
What we did. Rebuilt conversion tracking server-side, split Performance Max from brand, restructured Shopping around margin, and launched a weekly creative-testing program on Meta and TikTok.
The outcome. Over 90 days, blended ROAS moved from 2.1× to 4.8× while monthly spend grew from $35k to $110k — profitably.
